| Description | Comprehensive web-based data management system that allows faculty and students to easily retrieve information from a wide variety of financial, economic, and marketing data sources. WRDS is a research platform that provides access to more than 20 databases from the Tilburg University collection. Databases available via WRDS are: Amadeus, Compustat North America, Compustat Global, CRSP, ExecuComp, IBES and many others. Every student and staff member at Tilburg University can apply for an individual WRDS account by filling out the form at WRDS. Note that the request for an account is only possible from a desktop at the library or when a VPN connection with Tilburg University exists. When the account is granted you can access WRDS from anywhere with your username and password. |
